We listen to the needs of our candidates and are attentive to those requirements. As we know good staff are hard to come by. So we go out of our way to look after them. Whether that means they have a broken down car and can’t get to a shift, we’ll try everything we can to get them there. We help manage shifts so it works for their personal life. As a result clients get staff from us who are happy to be there, they feel like they are being looked after even though they are agency workers.
