We are particular in who we take on
Our ability to survive in this industry is down to one thing. The quality of the candidates that we provide. Wee go through a very focused and demanding screening process before we take anyone on. We look for staff who are willing to work hard and who also know how to communicate and speak nicely with clients and patients. We actively seek feedback from our clients to see where our staff can improve, and we then arrange training to fill any of those gaps. In this vein we only encourage and retain staff who have the right attitude. Who show manners and care with patients, as they require the care, which goes beyond the function of the role. This means that they can listen and empathise to patients and residents feelings, especially with older people and to give them a little heart and kindness which makes whatever they are going through easier.
