All of our candidates we have a longstanding relationship as we do with the clients we serve. With our candidates they bring experience, they are not straight out of college, they have familiarity with working in care homes and hospitals and understand the demands that are required of them as agency staff. Any gaps they have in knowledge or experience we make sure that we bridge so that the candidate is fully prepared for the roles that we place them in. Most of carers come from a nursing background with degrees and an exceptional level of service. We don’t just take on anyone, we take on candidates who we feel are always willing to go above and beyond, which matches our values.
